Most of the common pests such as ants, cockroaches, crickets, scorpions, silverfish, and spiders are covered. If you need help identifying a pest or want to know if we can help with a specific one, please contact us.

We send only the highest-quality pesticides. These are the same brand-name pesticides that we use ourselves as pest control operators.

Absolutely! As soon as the product has dried, it is pet- and child-friendly. Until then, it is best to have them stay out of the treated area. Please read the product label for any specific instructions regarding area re-entry.

The products are meant to be used both outdoors and indoors, if needed. It is important to read the product label so you know of any restrictions.

Please refer to the product label included with your shipment. We recommend wearing the provided gloves, as well as long pants and a long-sleeved shirt.

The product will remain effective for up to 60 days. We may recommend more frequent sprays depending on your climate as the product breaks down more quickly in certain conditions.

You absolutely should hold onto and reuse the sprayer for future Remedy shipments. We recommend keeping it in the box that it came in for easy storage. However, you should NOT use the sprayer for any other purpose.

You should dispose of everything else, including the application bag, pesticide bottles, and rubber gloves. We will include those in your next shipment.

While the products we send are child- and pet-friendly, if there are concerns about a pesticide exposure, you can speak with Poison Control by calling 1-800-222-1222. Please also inform us if something like this comes up.

Warranty & Repair

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects on the sprayer included in the first shipment.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Due to the complexity of pest control issues, we cannot guarantee that you will never see pests again. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service and will do what we can to keep you happy.

Returns & Refunds

A refund request can be submitted within 30 days of the order, but refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
